Please note if you need a baby cot, a high chair for kids, or if you’d like us to arrange 2 single beds into 1 king-size bed. We’re open to any other requests to make your stay more pleasant, so don’t hesitate to get in touch.

To prevent any misunderstandings and to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take a moment to read the house rules before your arrival.
House Rules
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
Within 24 hours of arrival, guests are required to provide personal information to the owner for registration at the tourist office.
The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) must be paid to the owner within 48 hours of arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
Please treat the apartment and its inventory with care. Any damage or malfunction must be reported to the owner immediately. The owner reserves the right to seek compensation for damages.
Sufficient linens and towels are provided for the entire stay. A washing machine is available in the bathroom for guests to use freely.
Guests may not provide accommodation to any person who has not been registered with the owner prior to arrival.
Before leaving the apartment, please switch off all lights, air conditioning, and the TV, and make sure the apartment is locked and secured.
The owner is not responsible for any loss of cash or personal belongings left in the apartment.
Please close balcony awnings and doors during windy or rainy weather. Windows and doors should remain closed while air conditioning is in use. The owner reserves the right to enter the apartment to prevent possible damage if necessary.
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Guests are kindly asked to be mindful of noise levels and to avoid disturbances to the owners, other guests, and neighbours.
